A Little About Life Coaching with Jackie

Have you ever felt stuck in your life? I understand how this feels.

Several years ago, I was standing at the kitchen sink, washing dishes, looking out the window, and thought, “If I don’t do something to change my life, this is what my life will look like until the day I die.”

I didn’t have a bad life. And while I was busy all of the time, I was bored beyond tears. I was a stay-at-home mom, homeschooling my kids and doing all the things.

But there was a problem. One day felt like the next, and I didn’t feel mentally stimulated.

I wanted more.

Do You Feel Stuck Too?

Whether you’re a stay-at-home mom or a C-suite executive, you might feel stuck too. Maybe your life is good, but it’s just not what you want.

Perhaps you want more.

Hi! I’m Jackie, and I’d like to take a moment to share a little about myself. Like you, I wear a lot of hats. I’m a wife, a mom, and an entrepreneur. And now, because I want to help others improve their lives, I’ve chosen to pursue my life coach certification.

While I first encountered and dove into personal development during college, over time, I let this type of intentional growth go by the wayside. Fast forward 20 years, and I started looking for ways to improve my mindset.

Why I Looked for Ways to Improve My Mindset

Years ago, when I was standing at my kitchen sink and thought, “If I don’t do something to change my life, this is what my life will look like until the day I die,” I made the decision to do something different. I didn’t know what that would be like, but I knew I had to make a change.

Ultimately, I decided I would start an online business. I also wrote a book and started a podcast.

Not long after starting my online business, I realized that if I wanted to succeed in business, I needed to improve my mindset. So, I started looking for information about how to improve my thinking.

In reality, my thought was this, “I need to toughen up if I want to succeed in business.” I now realize that I didn’t need to toughen up, but I did need better awareness of my thoughts and emotions.

As a life coach, I can help you gain better awareness so that you can improve your life too.

It’s Time to Get Outside of Your Comfort Zone!

When I started writing my book, I was so far out of my comfort zone that I didn’t tell anyone but my husband, children, mom, and sister that I was writing a book.

I was far from confident.

In addition to writing a book, I also started a website. I had no idea what I was doing, but I kept working on it. As part of creating an online business, I started “going live” on social media.

I felt like a fool.

If I hadn’t looked for information on how to improve my mindset, I am certain that I would have given up on my business dreams. But instead of giving up, I was willing to feel embarrassed and uncomfortable.

Guess where feeling uncomfortable got me?

Right here with you. My willingness to step outside of my comfort zone has led me to life coaching.

As a life coach, I can help you work through all sorts of problems and achieve your goals too!

How Improving My Thought Processes Has Improved Many Lives

While I am just beginning to serve people through this brand-new website, Life Coaching with Jackie, my other website and podcast serve thousands of monthly visitors.

The reason I am serving so many people is that I worked on my mindset.

Without changing how I think, I would have been too uncomfortable with my feelings, and I would have given up. Instead, I have persevered. As a result, I have helped thousands of people worldwide.

Through this website and my life coaching services, I will help you gain awareness about all sorts of thoughts and feelings. And with awareness, your life will improve in ways that you haven’t imagined.

Now, it’s time for you to start improving your life.
